HP announces new notebooks

HP has told about his plans for updating the line of notebooks. Among the new models are expected Pavilion dv8 - powerful notebook- replacement home PC. It will be one of the first laptops running with mobile processor Intel mobile Core i7. dv8 will be equipped with 18.4-inch screen and use the 1.6 GHz quad-processor that can achieve a 2.8GHz with the partial deactivation of one or more cores. It will also be equipped with Blu-ray drive, 4GB of RAM and up to 640GB of disk space, most likely distributed between the two drives. Its price will amount to little more than two thousand dollars.
In addition, the manufacturer plans to launch two new models based on low-voltage processors Intel CULV (Consumer Ultra Low Voltage). 11.6-inch Pavilion dm1 and 13.3-inch dm3 be a substitute for dv2. The basic model will dm1 with 2GB of RAM and hard drive capacity of 320GB, while dm3 get 500GB HDD and 4 GB of RAM. Both laptops are equipped with displays (1366 x 768).
